Elizabeth Tackett Smith, 92, of Catlettsburg, died Thursday in Boyd Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
She was born March 27, 1916, in Carter County.
Her husband, Sgt. Earl Smith, preceded her in death.
The funeral will be at noon Monday at Rose Hill Mausoleum.
There will be no visitation.
Kilgore & Collier Funeral Home in Catlettsburg is in charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Fisher Center for Alzheimer's Research Foundation, One Intrepid Square, West 46th Street and 12th Avenue, New York, NY 10036.
